At Ferrules Direct, we strive for complete customer satisfaction by offering a straightforward return process for unused electrical components and tools within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
